  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup stone ground cornmeal
  • 1 cup texas pete's buffalo sauce

Directions

  1. preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. pat wings dry
  3. dip wing into egg wash
  4. coat wing with cornmeal
  5. bake for 25 minutes
  6. flip wings
  7. bake another 25 mins
  8. take out of oven
  9. dip each wing into buffalo sauce
  10. return to baking sheet
  11. bake for additional 5 minutes
