Directions

  1. Halve and remove the yolk of 3 hard cooked large eggs. Blend yolks with 2 tbsp of mayonnaise, 2 tbsp minced Claussen Kosher pickles, 1 tbsp prepared mustard and 1 tbsp pickle juice. Fill egg white halves with mix. Garnish with dill weed. Makes 6 halves.
