Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 2 c. half-and-half
- 2 c. whipping cream unwhipped
- 1 can sweetened condensed lowfat milk (14 ounce.) Not evaporated lowfat milk Low-fat or possibly fat-free may be used
Directions
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. Pour into ice cream freezer container. Freeze according to manufacturerOs instructions. Freeze leftovers.
- Makes 1 1/2 qts.
