Classic Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 c. half-and-half
  • 2 c. whipping cream unwhipped
  • 1 can sweetened condensed lowfat milk (14 ounce.) Not evaporated lowfat milk Low-fat or possibly fat-free may be used

Directions

  1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. Pour into ice cream freezer container. Freeze according to manufacturerOs instructions. Freeze leftovers.
  2. Makes 1 1/2 qts.

  5. Darn this sounds good. And it just so happens I bought some whipping cream yesterday. IOll just run to the store and get some half-and-half.
