Ingredients

  • 2 lrg oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 2 x pink grapefruits, peeled and segmented
  • 2 x kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 1/4 c. liquid honey
  • 1 Tbsp. crystallized ginger, finely minced
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp lime zest

Directions

  1. Pink grapefruit contains a higher amount of vitamin A than white grapefruit.
  2. In a large bowl, toss together all ingredients. Chill for several hrs, stirring occasionally.
  3. Serve chilled.
  4. Makes 4 servings. Vegan
