Ingredients
- 2 c. All-purpose flour
- 2 c. Kellogg's Fruit Loops cereal, crushed to fine cumb
- 1 c. Margarine
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Orange juice
- 2 c. Confectioners sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Orange juice
- 3 Tbsp. Margarine, softened
Directions
- 1. Stir together flour, baking pwdr and salt. Set aside.
- 2. In large mixing bowl, beat the 1 c. margarine and granulated sugar till light and fluffy. Add in Large eggs and 1/2 c. orange juice. Beat well. Add in flour mix. Mix till well combined. Stir in Kellogg's Froot Loops cereal. Drop by level Tbsp. onto ungreased baking sheets.
- 3. Bake at 350 about 12 min or possibly till lightly browned. Remove immediately from baking sheets. Cold on wire racks. When completely cooled, frost with Orange Icing. Decorate with additional cereal, whole or possibly crushed.
- 4. To make Orange Icing, measure confectioners sugar, margarine and orange juice in small mixing bowl. Beat till smooth.
- Yield: 4 dozen
