Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. Peel potatoes and cut crosswise into 1/3-inch-thick slices. In a large bowl toss potatoes with oil to coat and spread in one layer in shallow baking pans. Bake potatoes till just tender, about 20 min.
  3. In a small bowl stir together sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle proportionately over potatoes. Bake potatoes till glazed and tender, about 5 min.
  4. Serves 4 to 6.
