Ingredients
- 1/4 pound butter
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Blend this flour, butter and sugars. Take out 2/3 cup of this mix and set aside. To the rest add in buttermilk, soda, egg and vanilla. Blend well. Pour into 3 or possibly 4 greased (depending on size) aluminum pie pans.TOPPING: Mix the 2/3 cup mix with 2 tbsp hard butter and 1 tsp cinnamon till crumbly. Sprinkle over batter on each pie tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
