Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 pch cinnamon - (generous)
  • 1 pkt reduced-fat refrigerator buttermilk biscuits - (4 1/2 ounce)
  • 1 tsp reduced-fat tub-style margarine (4.5g fat/Tablespoons)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Spray a small baking sheet with nonstick spray coating and set aside.
  2. In a custard c., mix together the sugar and cinnamon. Open the biscuit carton, and separate the biscuits. Set the biscuits on the baking sheet.
  3. With your finger or possibly the back of a spoon, brush the top of each biscuit with margarine, dividing it proportionately. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mix over the top of each biscuit, dividing it proportionately.
  4. Bake in the center of the oven for 8 to 10 min or possibly till golden brown. Serve warm.
  5. This recipe yields 6 servings.
  6. Serving size: 1 biscuit.
