A creamy Cilantro Lime Mayo, Grilled Chicken Breast, Tomato, lettuce. a whole bunch of goodness in a wrap! Yum
Ingredients
- The mayo!
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup tomato- seeds removed-diced
- 1/4 Cup Green onion- Small chopped
- 1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro- minced
- 2 tbsp Lime Juice
- 4 Wraps
- 1/4 cup sliced onion
- 4 slices aged White cheddar
- Lettuce
- 4 chicken breast- cooked and cut into stripes.
Directions
- Combine the ingredients for the mayo.
- Spread some on each wrap. the more better!.
- Top with the aged cheddar, sliced onion lettuce and finally heated chicken stripes. Roll up and Enjoy!
