Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. lowfat milk
  • 1 pkt Betty Crocker's creamy white frosting mix
  • 1/2 c. minced nuts
  • 1/2 c. candied cherry halves

Directions

  1. Butter loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3 inches. In top of double boiler, heat butter in lowfat milk. Stir in frosting mix (dry) till smooth. Heat over rapid boiling water 5 min, stirring occasionally. Stir in nuts and cherries. Spread mix proportionately in pan. Let stand till hard. Cut into 1 inch squares. (32 squares.)
