  1. Cook and stir hamburger, celery and onion till hamburger is light brown, then drain. Pour water on rice and add in salt in greased 2 quart casserole.
  2. Stir in hamburger, soup, mushrooms, sugar, soy sauce and butter.
  3. Cover and cook in 350F oven for 30 minutes; stir. Cook uncovered for 30 minutes longer.
  4. Stir in noodles, serve immediately.
  5. Note: Water chestnuts or possibly bamboo shoots may be added if you like.
