Ingredients

  • 6 x pork chops, 3/4" thick each salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup

Directions

  1. In skillet, brown pork chops on both sides. Season with salt and pepper. Place uncooked rice in a 10x12" baking dish. Combine orange juice, water and 1/2 tsp salt; pour over rice. Arrange browned pork chops on top. Spread soup over all.
  2. Cover and bake in 350F oven for 45 min. Uncover and bake an additional 10 min.
