Chocolate Zucchini Cake 2
Ingredients

Devil's Food Cake Mix (Betty Crocker)
- 1 c
- water
- 1/2 c
- vegetable oil
- 3
- eggs
- 1/2 t
- ground cinnamon
- 1/4 t
- ground cloves and ground allspice
- 2 c
- shredded zucchini, thawed if frozen
- 1/2 c
- mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 c
- chopped walnuts
1/2-2.5 oz pkg.

Cooking Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease 13x9x2 inch baking dish
Chill Rolo minis
Squeeze excess water out of shredded zucchini
In large bowl beat cake mix, water, oil, eggs, ground cinnamon, cloves and allspice on low speed for 30 seconds, then on medium speed 2 mins. Stir in shredded zucchini. Pour into prepared pan
Cut chilled rolos in half
Sprinkle mini chocolate chips, nuts, and halved rolo minis over cake batter
Bake at 350 for 35-45 mins or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
