Ingredients

1 c. buttermilk pancake & waffle mix
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
2/3 c. lowfat milk
2 T oil
1 egg
Whipped cream, sweetened
10 ounce pkg. frzn strawberries with syrup, thawed

Directions

Heat waffle iron. Put together pancake mix and cocoa. Add in lowfat milk and egg, stir till thoroughly moistened. Bake in waffle iron till steaming stops. Top with whipped cream, spoon strawberries over whipped cream.
