Ingredients

12 x Chocolate snap cookies, crushed
3 x Egg whites
3/4 c. Sugar
1 tsp Baking pwdr
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 c. Minced nuts Whipped topping

Directions

Beat egg whites till stiff. Gradually add in sugar, baking pwdr & vanilla.
Mix in cookie crumbs & minced nuts. Grease a large pie pan & spread the mix in proportionately. Bake at 300 for 30 min or possibly till done. Cold. Serve with a whipped cream topping.
