Ingredients

  • 12 x Chocolate snap cookies, crushed
  • 3 x Egg whites
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 c. Minced nuts Whipped topping

Directions

  1. Beat egg whites till stiff. Gradually add in sugar, baking pwdr & vanilla.
  2. Mix in cookie crumbs & minced nuts. Grease a large pie pan & spread the mix in proportionately. Bake at 300 for 30 min or possibly till done. Cold. Serve with a whipped cream topping.
