Ingredients: 1 c. nonfat dry lowfat milk; 2/3 c. sugar; 6 Tbsp. cornstarch; 1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa pwdr; 1/4 tsp salt; 1/2 c. water; 1/4 c. pudding mix; 1 tsp margarine (orig was 2 tsp); 1/4 tsp almond extract or possibly vanilla extract

Ingredients

1 c. nonfat dry lowfat milk
2/3 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa pwdr
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. pudding mix
1 tsp margarine (orig was 2 tsp)
1/4 tsp almond extract or possibly vanilla extract

Directions

Combine mix ingredients; store in an airtight container.
Yield 1 3/4 c. mix.
To make pudding: Combine water and fold in a small saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Cook and stir for 2 min.
Remove from the heat; stir in margarine and extract. Pour into serving dish. Serve hot or possibly chilled; top with whipped topping.
Yield: 1 serving
NOTES : I have made this. I found which it had way too much margarine in it.
