Directions

  1. Mix brown sugar and cocoa. Stir in water till blended. Cut 12 marshmallows into quarters and scatter over this mix.Spoon over this devils food cake batter (prepared as directed). Top with minced nuts.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 min or possibly till inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  3. There will be a rich pudding under the cake. Marshmallows will blend and some will rise to the top. Serve with whipped cream topping.
