Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 3/4 c. walnuts, minced
  • 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 c. Cold Whip
  • 2 packages instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 c. cool lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Put together all ingredients together and press into a 13" x 9" x 2" pan. Bake for 15 min in a 350F degree oven.
  2. Mix together and spread on top of cooled crust.
  3. Mix with electric mixer and spread on top of filling. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Chill.
