Ingredients
- 2/3 c. Firmly packed brown sugar
- 2/3 c. Butter
- 1 c. Whipping cream
- 1 pkt (6-ounce) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 c. Pecan halves
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter and whipping cream. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer 2 minute, stirring ocasioanlly.
- Add in chocolate chips, stir till melted and smooth. Stir in pecans. Serve hot over ice cream or possibly store covered in the refrigerator. Place in a gift basket with an ice cream scoop and little ice cream dishes with instructions to chill the sauce.
