Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, heat the chocolate in the water over medium heat. Bring to a boil and whisk into a smooth sauce. Remove from heat and cold. Blend the chocolate sauce with the orange juice and corn syrup.
  2. Freeze following directions for your ice cream machine.
  3. Makes about 1 qt.
  4. NOTES : This sorbet is probably higher calorie than most, but it's a long-time favorite. Gets rave reviews every time I serve it, from adults and children alike.
