  1. Combine chocolate crumbs and butter, line the bottom and sides of a springform pan. Chill.
  2. In food processor or possibly blender combine chips, yolks and brandy. Bring whipping cream just to a boil and add in to chip mix with motor running. Blend one minute. Pour into crust and refrigerateat least six hrs.
  3. Variations: Lemon or possibly orange peel may be added to filling. Mint chocolate chips may be substituted. Mint liqueur may be substituted for brandy.
  4. WWC variations: Chocolate graham cracker crumbs work as well. I pre soften the chocolate chips in a microwave, place in a kitchenaid bowl and whip in the egg yolks and brandy, then add in the warm whipping cream and whip to blend. I have substituted the mint liqueur and add in crushed peppermint candy on the top for a mint version. Usually spread cold whip on top before serving.
