Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon instant coffee
- 2 c. nuts
Directions
- Cream butter, sugar and vanilla till light and fluffy. Add in flour, cocoa, coffee and salt. Mix thoroughly. Stir in nuts. Form into balls 1 inch in diameter. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 15 min. Cold, then roll in confectioners' sugar.
