Ingredients: 1/2 c. shortening; 1 c. sugar; 1 egg; 1/4 c. lowfat milk; 1 teaspoon vanilla; 1 3/4 c. flour; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 1/2 teaspoon baking soda; 1/2 c. cocoa; 18 marshmallows, cut in half

Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. lowfat milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 c. cocoa
18 marshmallows, cut in half

Directions

Combine all ingredients, except marshmallows. Drop by heaping tsp. onto baking sheet. Bake 8 min at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and press half of marshmallow into each cookie. Bake 2 min more and cold. Makes 3 dozen cookies.
