Chocolate Malted Ice Box Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3 c. Heavy cream
  • 3 Tbsp. Malted lowfat milk pwdr
  • 1 Tbsp. Icing sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 4 ounce Lowfat milk chocolate, 4 squares finely grated
  • 1 ounce Semi sweet chocolate,1 squr finely grated
  • 4 slc Pumpernickel bread,made into soft, day old bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Beat 2 1/2 c. cream with malted lowfat milk pwdr and icing sugar in a large bowl till stiff. Beat in the vanilla. Mix in the grated chocolate. Mix in the bread crumbs.
  2. Spoon the mix into a 1 1/2 - 2 quart souffle dish. Chill, covered overnight.
  3. No more than three hrs before serving, beat the remaining 1/2 c. cream in a medium bowl till stiff. Using a pastry bag, pipe the remaining cream in concentric circles in concentric circles over the top. Keep chilled till ready to serve. SERVES: 6-8
