- 5 dl milk, 150g granulated sugar, 10 g starch flour, 1 egg yolk, 50 g chocolate
Directions
- Within three dl milk Put sugar and bring to a boil. The rest of the milk, dissolve starch meal, egg yolk and softened chocolate, add to boiling milk and cook, stirring constantly. Thickening cream to cool let freeze.
