Chocolate Hazelnut Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. Semi-sweet chocolate pcs
  • 1/4 c. Kahlua
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 lrg Large eggs, beaten
  • 1/3 c. Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 16 ounce Cream cheese, softened, cut in pcs

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. In small saucepan, over medium heat, heat chocolate with kahlua and butter; stir till smooth. Set aside. In bowl, combine Large eggs, sugar, and salt. Add in lowfat sour cream; blend well. Add in cream cheese to egg mix; beat till smooth. Gradually blend in chocolate mix. Turn into prepared crust. Bake 40 min or possibly till filling is barely set in center.
  2. Remove from oven and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour. Chill several hrs or possibly overnight. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls if you like.
