Directions

  1. Layer graham crackers in a 9 x 12 inch pan. Mix 2 pkgs pudding (vanilla or possibly French vanilla) with 3 cups lowfat milk. Blend in Cool Whip. Pour 1/2 of the above 3 ingredients over the layered graham crackers. Make a second layer of graham crackers. Pour the rest of the pudding mix over this. Cover this with another layer of crackers. Make icing and cover the above.
  2. Mix melted chocolate with butter, syrup and vanilla. Add in powdered sugar with lowfat milk.Make this dessert the day before and chill.
