Ingredients
- 1 box graham crackers
- 2 pkg. instant pudding
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 lg. Cold Whip
- 2 sq. chocolate baking squares
- 3 T butter
- 1 T Karo syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 3 T lowfat milk
Directions
- Layer graham crackers in a 9 x 12 inch pan. Mix 2 pkgs pudding (vanilla or possibly French vanilla) with 3 cups lowfat milk. Blend in Cool Whip. Pour 1/2 of the above 3 ingredients over the layered graham crackers. Make a second layer of graham crackers. Pour the rest of the pudding mix over this. Cover this with another layer of crackers. Make icing and cover the above.
- Mix melted chocolate with butter, syrup and vanilla. Add in powdered sugar with lowfat milk.Make this dessert the day before and chill.
