Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1 cup water (add more as needed)
  • 1/4 cup *Irish moss paste (optional - increase cashews if not using)
  • 1 Tbsp of well ground chia seeds
  • 3 Tbsp extra rich cacao powder
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup, honey, (or your sweetener, to taste)
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 banana, thinly sliced for layers
