Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1/3 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 2/3 c. powdered sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa Hershey's
  • 1/3 c. cocoa Hershey's
  • 2/3 c. cocoa Hershey's

Directions

  1. Heat butter in small saucepan over medium heat. Add in amount of cocoa for flavor you prefer. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till mix just begins to boil. Remove from heat. Pour into small mixer bowl; cold completely. Add in confectioner's sugar alternately with lowfat milk, beating to spreading or possibly Cream butter or possibly margarine in small mixer bowl. Add in cocoa and confectioners' sugar alternately with lowfat milk; beat to spreading consistency (additional Tbsp. lowfat milk may be needed). Blend in vanilla. About 2 c. frosting. consistency. Blend in vanilla.
