4 (1 ounce) unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. butter
1 (1 pound) powdered sugar
1/2 c. lowfat milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

Heat chocolate and butter over low heat. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients gradually. Beat till smooth and thick sufficient to spread. Make sufficient to frost two 9 inch cake layers.
