In a heavy, small saucepan heat chocolate and butter over low flame till melted. Stir often. Add in powdered sugar and vanilla. Frost Biscotte. For a design, run a fork over the frosting while it's soft. Let stand till chocolate is set. Keeps well in an airtight container, but then
