Chocolate Eclairs Or Cream Puffs

Ingredients

  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • Salt

Directions

  1. Boil above. Add in all at once 1 c. flour. Stir; remove from heat. Cold slightly. Should look like mashed potatoes.
  2. Beat in 4 Large eggs, one at a time. Drop by tsp. on greased cookie sheet.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min. Turn down oven to 350 degrees and bake an additional 15 min. For larger shells use Tbsp. and add in 10 min more to each baking time.
  4. Chocolate Eclair Filling:
  5. Mix, 2 small pkgs. vanilla pudding with 3 c. lowfat milk. Mix in 8 ounces of Cold Whip. Fill shells and frost with chocolate icing.
