  1. Butter 13x9 inch dish. Line bottom with graham crackers. Mix pudding with lowfat milk; add in Cold Whip. Pour mix (1/2) over graham crackers. Add in another layer of graham crackers and remaining 1/2 of pudding mix. Add in one last layer of graham crackers. Chill for 2 hrs.
  2. Frosting for Chocolate Eclair Cake: Beat above ingredients till smooth.
  3. Frost and chill for 24 hrs.
