Delicious, Kids love it, can make up ahead of time, great for dinners, parties, or dessert at home, always goes over very well.

  • (TOPPING):
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • **************
  • MAIN INGR:
  • 2 (3 oz) pkgs. french vanilla pudding
  • 3 cups of milk.
  • 8 oz. cool whip.

Directions

  1. --Mix together Topping ingredients and boil for 3 minutes. Set aside to cool.--
  2. --Mix 2 (3 oz) pkgs. french vanilla pudding and 3 cups of milk. Beat then fold in 8 oz. cool whip.--
  3. --Line a 9 X 13 casserole with graham crackers. Alternate with crackers and pudding mixture, ending with crackers. Pour chocolate icing on top. Refrigerate.
