Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 c. water
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Combine the egg, 1/3 c. sugar, cream cheese, and salt. Mix till smooth and set aside. Mix together the remaining ingredients. Fill cupcake papers 1/2 full; top each with about 1 Tbsp. cream cheese mix. Sprinkle each cupcake with chocolate chips (using 1 (6 ounce.) pkg.). Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. This batch makes 18 cupcakes. HINT: put chocolate mix in 18 cupcakes first, then divide cream cheese mix accordingly to 18 cupcakes.
