Ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2/3 c. oil
- 2 teaspoon vinegar
- 2 c. water
Directions
- Beat cheese and egg well. Add in sugar and salt and beat well again. Combine all ignredients in large bowl. Beat at medium speed till well blended. Pour half full in cupcake papers and add in 1 tsp. of filling into center of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
