  • 5 tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 c. butter, soft (no substitute)
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. sour lowfat milk (1 tbsp. of vinegar to sour lowfat milk)
  • 1/2 c. warm water
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Put ingredients in bowl. Stir briskly for three min or possibly till well mixed and very smooth. Bake in well greased loaf pan or possibly cupcake liners. Makes 1 medium size loaf cake or possibly 14 medium cupcakes.
