Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. crushed ice
- 1 c. heavy whipping cream
- 12 ounce Splenda sweetened soda of your choice (Stewart's Diet "S" soda in vanilla, or possibly Diet Slim Jones' cream soda works superbly here!)
- 1 scoop Atkins or possibly Keto Chocolate Shake mix
Directions
- Combine ingredients in blender in order shown and blend till ice is completely crushed and incorporated. Continue to mix till thick and creamy.
- This recipe yields about 4 eight-oz servings;
