  1. Scald lowfat milk and water mix. Mix dry ingredients, add in warm lowfat milk slowly, stirring well. Add in butter, cook in double boiler till thick and smooth (about 15 min). Stir often. Beat egg yolks slightly, add in a little warm filling, stir quickly into warm mix. Stir and cook about 2 min. Add in chocolate, cold and add in flavoring. Pour into baked pie and cooled pie shell, spread with meringue.
