Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil (I used 2 Tablespoons Lighter Bake)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk (I used vanilla flavored soy lowfat milk)
  • 2 x Large eggs or possibly 1/2 c. egg sub (Egg Beaters)
  • 1 1/2 c. chocolate cake mix (approx. 1/2 box)
  • 1/3 c. chocolate chips (on the Zoji, add in at the beep)

Directions

  1. Bake for 35 minutes. (**For a Zoji see directions above)
