Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c. margarine softened
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 x egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 c. Kellogg's Rice Krispies cereal
  • 6 ounce semi-sweet chocolate morsels Vegetable cooking spray

Directions

  1. In small mixing bowl combine flour, soda and salt. Set aside.
  2. In large mixing bowl, beat together margarine and sugar till light and fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla. Beat well. Add in flour mix, mixing till combined. Stir in Kellogg's r Rice Krispiesr cereal and chocolate morsels. Drop by level measuring Tbsp. onto baking sheets coated with cooking spray.
  3. Bake at 350F about 12 min or possibly till lightly browned.
  4. Remove immediately from baking sheets and cold on wire racks. Store in airtight container.
  5. YIELD: about 3 1/2 dozen cookies, 2 1/2 inches in diameter.
