Ingredients
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/4 teaspoon powdered lowfat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 tbsp. flour
- 1 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 1/2 tbsp. shortening, melted
- 1 1/4 c. corn syrup
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/4 c. pecan pcs
- 1/4 c. chocolate chips
- 1 (10 inch) unbaked pie shell
Directions
- Beat Large eggs with sugar, salt and vanilla. Combine powdered lowfat milk and flour. Add in to egg mix. Mix for 3 min. Add in melted butter and shortening and mix for 2 min. Add in corn syrup; mix for 3 min, then stir in pecan pcs by hand. Add in chocolate chips and mix thoroughly. Pour into unbaked 10-inch pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 min, then at 375 degrees for 25 min or possibly till hard on top.
