  • 1 1/2 c. Powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. Creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 18 ounce Refrigerated choc. chip cookie dough, (1 package)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine powdered sugar, peanut butter and vanilla and set aside.
  3. Press one half of the refrigerated cookie dough in the bottom of an ungreased 8 or possibly 9-inch square baking pan. Spread the peanut butter mix on top. Then crumble the rest of the cookie dough on top, making as even a layer as possible.
  4. Bake 30 to 35 min, till golden and hard to the touch.
  5. Cold for 30 min. Chill 1 hour. Cut into 12 bars.
