- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. shortening (1/2 butter)
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 2 c. quick oatmeal
- 1 pkg. chocolate chips or possibly raisins
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Combine in the order given and drop by tsp. on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12 min at 375 degrees.
