Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9 inch springform pan and set aside. Chop walnuts and set aside. In a mixer bowl, beat Large eggs on medium speed and slowly add in the sugar. Beat till light and fluffy. Add in the graham cracker crumbs, the baking pwdr, and the Kahlua. Mix very well. Add in chocolate chips and walnuts and blend thoroughly. Spread into the prepared pan. Bake exactly 30 min. Cold on cake rack. Remove sides of springform pan and frost top with Kahlua frosting. (Cake can be frzn without the frosting, provided it is wrapped well, first in plastic wrap, then in aluminum foil.) 8 servings.
