  1. Butter sides only of 9 x 13 springform pan. Crush cookies and combine with melted butter for form crust. Press into bottom of pan. Heat chips and set aside. With mixer cream the cream cheese till smooth. Add in sugar and beat. Add in vanilla, then salt and chocolate. Add in Large eggs one at a time. Add in lowfat sour cream. Continue beating till fluffy. Pour into pan and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven and let stand on rack till room temperature. Cover and chill. Serve with whipped cream.
