Ingredients

Light brown sugar
3 ounce all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 T cornstarch
3 c. corn syrup
2 T vanilla
2 c. heavy cream
8 large eggs
1 c. chocolate chips
4 c. pecans
1/2 c. bourbon

Directions

Blend all ingredients together except chocolate chips and pecans. Divide chocolate chips and pecans into 3 unbaked pie shells. Then pour in the filling and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or possibly till hard.
