  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour 12-c. fluted tube pan. In a small bowl stir together chocolate pcs, butter and water till chocolate is melted. In large mixing bowl, stir together dry ingredients; gradually add in chocolate mix, beating till thoroughly blended. Add in the rest of the ingredients and blend well. Beat on medium speed for 1 minute.
  2. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 50-55 min or possibly till toothpick comes out of center clean. Cold 10 min and remove from pan. Cold completely. Drizzle Vanilla Glaze over top of the cake.
  3. Vanilla Glaze
  4. Heat 1/4 c. of butter. Gradually stir in 2 c. powdered sugar, 2-3 Tbsp warm water and 1 teaspoon vanilla; beat with a wire whisk till smooth and slightly thick.
