Ingredients
- 1/2 c. soft shortening
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 ounce. (2 sqs.) unsweetened chocolate, melted
Directions
- Mix together thoroughly, shortening, sugar and Large eggs. Stir in lowfat sour cream and vanilla. Stir in flour, soda, baking pwdr, salt, and melted unsweetened chocolate. Refrigerateat least 1 hour. Drop by tsp. on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees about 8 to 10 min till lightly browned, just till when touched lightly with finger, almost no imprint remains.
