Ingredients

  • 8 ounce plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh chives finely minced
  • 1/4 tsp dill weed
  • 1/8 tsp seasoned salt Dash white pepper

Directions

  1. Spoon yogurt into a strainer lined with a coffee filter of cheese cloth.
  2. Place over bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. Chill and allow to drain overnight. throw away liquid. In small bowl, combine yogurt cheese and remaining ingredients; chill at least 2 hrs. Serve with cracker or possibly raw vegetables.
